This family house is situated in a quiet location in the upper area of the historic centre of the town of Rab with a great view to the sea and Frkanj peninsula. It is located close to the sea and beach. Nearby you can also find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center, there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in Rab harbor but is not included in the price.

  - doublebed room with kitchen and dining corner,
  - bathroom with shower and toilet,
  - SAT-TV, extra bed.
